The coach at a local high school requested a mini-workout and warm up program for his team. The workout was designed to be challenging, fun and bonding for the athletes.  Mission accomplished! !! Within five minutes, theses teens were surprised at the challenge and fun in the routine.  Needless to say, the coach was pleased, too.   The routine was videotaped and will be used as a warm up throughout the season.
