Personal and Semi-Personal Training
You will experience many different exercise variations in the I-Kandy personal training program. This may include, but is not limited to the following: Walking, jogging, running, aerobics, aqua aerobics, step aerobics, weight & resistance training, kickboxing, toning & sculpting, core ball and circuit training. This is designed to prevent the mind and body from becoming complacent, and keep workouts interesting and fun.
Price: $45 per session One-on-one training $70 per session Semi-personal training (2 people) Special pricing for prepaid packages.
